Our law firm is seeking an experienced CRM Manager with expertise in the Zoho One suite of apps to oversee our client relationship management system. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for optimising our use of Zoho One and other tools to improve client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with the business development team, customer service, solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure seamless data integration and communication across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the law firm’s CRM strategy and processes.
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand their needs and develop solutions using Zoho One and other tools.
- Implement and configure Zoho One applications to meet the specific needs of our firm.
- Automate business processes using Zoho One and Zapier to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Train users on Zoho One apps and best CRM management practices in a legal context.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, including compliance with legal and ethical regulations.
- Customise reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise our use of Zoho One and other tools to improve client experience and business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (preferred)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems/CRM Manager or similar role. Previous legal environment experience preferred.
- A strong understanding of data management principles and practices in a legal context.
- Experience working with the Zoho One suite of apps and Zapier.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with using Zoho CRM Canvas.
- Comfortable with manipulating large datasets.
- Ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insights in a legal context.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical regulations.
