Amy joined Barings Law in 2021 as a campaign manager and has since progressed into the area of business operations.
Her current role entails overseeing key operational processes, including managing complaints processes, ensuring compliance through training and audits, assisting with HR and recruitment tasks, and supporting general practice management to maintain the firm’s high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Amy embarked on her journey in the legal field with her first job, in a Manchester-based barrister’s chambers. In addition to offering her an encouraging start to her career working in law, the position provided Amy with an opportunity to engage with barristers and hear their fascinating stories of forging a career in the legal sector, which solidified her passion for the pursuit of justice for clients.
