My passion and enthusiasm for the law can be derived from a childhood moment where I regularly read a story that highlighted the importance of basic human rights. Since this moment I have endeavoured to further my understanding of the law, initially the legal system in Estonia, and later that of the UK.
After my secondary education I decided to move on my own to England, to further my legal education and ensure that I could achieve my career goal of becoming a solicitor.
Since arriving in UK, I graduated from The University of Law with a first-class degree in Law and recently completed my Master’s in Professional Legal Practice.
I am currently working as a paralegal in the Business Interruption department at Barings Law and it helped me to apply my knowledge, put what I have learned so far into practice and gain further insight into the legal industry.
Apart from studying and working, I have graduated from a music school and used to play tennis semi-professionally back in Estonia. At the moment, I am taking boxing classes. I also like to travel a lot and enjoy reading and photography.
