Our clients have the right to withdraw from their case without charge if it is done so within the 14-day cooling-off period after signing a Conditional Fee Agreement.
If this 14-day period passes and a client wishes to withdraw, they may be liable to pay for any fees and charges that have been accrued on their behalf.
