The claims process
Our process is designed to be as quick and easy as possible for our clients, regardless of the type of claim. Time to reach a settlement
We aim to settle the claim as quickly as we can. However, time frames are always dependant on the type of response that we get from the defendant, which is usually a lender or similar financial institution.
If the lender accepts liability, this will often result in the claim being settled within six-to-nine months. However, if the lender denies liability, it will undoubtedly be a longer process as we will need to start exploring other routes to pursue the claim, such as issuing court proceedings.
We will, however, keep you regularly updated throughout the process.
No risk to you
We work on a no-win no-fee basis, which eliminates any financial risk to our clients.
Providing our clients cooperate with us and are honest with our operatives throughout the process, they will not have anything to pay until their claim is successful and they receive a compensation award.
The amount we charge for our services at the completion of a successful claim is determined as a percentage of the compensation our client is awarded. Remember, if we are unsuccessful in fighting a case, our client won’t pay us anything for our services.
