We recognise that legal matters, particularly those concerning financial affairs such as mis-selling and business interruption, as well as immigration issues, can have a profound impact on an individual’s wellbeing.
At our firm, we prioritise not only the legal aspects of a case but also the overall wellbeing of our clients. Should anyone find themselves in a situation where they feel overwhelmed or are struggling, we have compiled a list of resources below to provide additional support.
Support from your GP
Mental health services are available via the NHS, but in some instances, you may need a referral from your GP to access them. Your GP can talk to you about your mental wellbeing and work with you to find the right service for your needs.
NHS Services
The NHS website has information on mental health such as accessing mental health services, getting urgent help for mental health, self-referring to an NHS therapy service, such as counselling and CBT, advice for life situations such as coping with financial worries and more.

Local Councils
Some mental health services are provided by local authorities such as your council. To find your local council and see what services they provide, visit https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council.
